Return Policy

 At My Organic Shop, LLC, we personally and carefully inspect all items before packaging and shipping to assure that our customers are receiving quality products. Our 5-day return policy will allow you to request a return/refund within 5 days of receiving your product.

Please be sure your item is in the original state that it was received in order to be qualified for a refund!

 

To start a return, please email our customer care support at info@myorganic-shop.com. Please be sure to include your order number, receipt/proof of purchase, and a brief message describing reasoning for refund/return.

 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted!

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

No returns/exchanges or refunds on sale items.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@myorganic-shop.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, our reed diffusers are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, we truly want you to have a luxurious experience while enjoying our gift form nature to you!

Refunds
If your item is eligible for a return, we will issue a refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Lost/Stolen Packages
Once an item has left our shop, we at My Organic Shop, LLC are not responsible for any lost, stolen, and/or mis-delivered packages. Because we care and want you to have a superb customer experience, we will still assist you in the process of rectifying above said matter after you have followed up with the carrier.
